Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Estimated delivery for international orders is 10-21 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LUMIRX is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@lumirx.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
