How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@lumirx.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Ship the product back in its original packaging.
Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
