We stand behind LUMIRX products. If you are not satisfied with your results within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@lumirx.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging.
  4. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, email us at support@lumirx.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
